Q: Are your PINQ parties performed by licensed nail technicians?
A: No, PINQ parties are for entertainment purposes only.
Q: Do you require a deposit at booking?
A: Yes, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required when booking all spa parties and 50% is required for venue rental.
Q: I would like to book a spa party, how can I do this?
A: Please see the “Contact” page for details.
Q: How far in advance is required for booking a spa party?
A: All reservations are to be made at least 2 weeks in advance to allow proper planning and consultation.
Q: Do you offer free consultation for your parties?
A: Yes, we offer free face-to-face or phone consultation.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are an appointment base business; Mon-Fri we are available by appointment for tours and consultations. We can also accommodate appointments on Sat-Sun if our schedule permits. Call or email us for an appointment.
Q:How long are the parties held?
A: The length of parties are listed with each party package. We will start and end promptly on time.
Q: Can party packages be altered?
A: Yes, you are able to add services to packages if you like; please see our PINQ Party Add-On list of services. However we do not remove or exchange services within our packages.
Q: Can we bring in outside food for the bparties?
A: The only outside food allowed is cake or cupcakes.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Cash, PayPal, Credit/Debit cards – No personal checks.
Q: In your packages it says up to 10 Divas; does this include the birthday girl/guest of honor?
Q: In your packages it says up to 10 Divas; if I have less than 10 is it the same price?
A: Yes; our packages are not customized and priced solely on the number of Divas in the packages.
